About Eagles Landing
Eagle’s Landing will be situated on ~333 acres consisting of primarily green space, and considered a primary resource for youth athletics.
Conveniently located south of Nashville, TN this complex will host weekend tournaments throughout the year, week-long tournaments for 8-12 weeks out of the year, and provide access to local youth sports during the weekdays.
The Upper Deck will consist of 1 field (Miracle Field) that will dedicate time to support our special needs community allowing everyone the opportunity to play baseball.
The Upper Deck will also consist of 12 High School turf and 8 Youth turf fields that can support baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, and football tournaments year-round. The Upper Deck will have batting cages, Lounging pavilions, LED-Lighted fields, On-site Wi-Fi, 3 concession areas onsite, and 1,000+ parking spots.
Glacier will consist of 2 Ice Hockey Arenas, each will be a 65,000 sf building consisting of 2 NHL size sheets of ice for hockey tournaments, as well as other professional programming for local athletes.
TN Baseball Academy will be a 65,000 sf building consisting of batting cages, pitching lanes, weight room, neuro training, speed and agility training, locker rooms, meeting space, and a 200' indoor turf area for year round tournaments and practices.
The Grindhouse will be 65,000 sf building consisting of a 11v11 turf field that can be used flag football, soccer, and lacrosse tournaments. There will also be 8 outdoor soccer fields for competitive play and training.
Velocity is a 65,000 sf building that will house 6 Full-Court basketball gyms that that convert to 12 volleyball courts that will be used for tournaments and training throughout the year.
B3 (Brain Body and Ball) High Performance Training Center is a cutting-edge facility dedicated to optimizing athletic performance through a holistic approach. By integrating mental conditioning (Brain), physical development (Body), and sport-specific skills (Ball), B3 offers a comprehensive training environment for athletes of all levels. The center emphasizes the importance of cognitive performance alongside physical strength and technical proficiency, ensuring each athlete is prepared mentally and physically to meet the demands of their sport .
Over its first five years, Eagle’s Landing is projected to generate a transformative economic impact for Middle Tennessee, driven by a robust and diverse tournament schedule across baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, ice hockey, and soccer. By Year 5, the complex will host nearly 190 annual events, attracting tens of thousands of visiting athletes and families and generating more than 336,000 non-local visitor days and over 84,000 hotel room nights per year. With average per-person spending across lodging, dining, retail, and entertainment steadily increasing from $230 to over $250, Eagle’s Landing will deliver more than $117 million in annual economic impact by Year 5, including both direct and indirect spending. This sustained influx of tourism-driven revenue positions Eagle’s Landing as a long-term economic engine for the region—stimulating local businesses, supporting job creation, and elevating the area’s visibility as a premier youth sports destination.
